I have left 5 messages since no one answers the phone in customer service and received no call backs or answers to multiple emails. I finally broke down today and filed a formal complaint with my credit card company to get my $85.16 back. I know Troma reads this forum and I would be interested in knowing why they have not been shipping the Roan orders and why they refuse to answer my questions about an order already two months old. Buyer beware with these crooks. Any company that charges your credit card before they ship your DVDs and then forget about you should be out of business. I also intend to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau. I urge other people cheated recently to do the same.

They now tell me my stuff shipped last week which is two months after they charged my card! Also it took multiple e-mails and threats to get them to do this. My CC company has already sent me the forms to dispute the charge and if their latest story turns out to be BS that’s exactly what I’ll do. Their repeat business must be non-existant.
