I just checked out the site today. They have added a bunch of new categories. Computers, Electronics, Trading Cards, etc.

Plus now there is a way to contact a seller about a question. Finally!

I just noticed this too. This could be a bad sign. Since you are only guaranteed a lifetime total of $50 refund for a screw-up there is no way I would order a big-ticket item through them.

The should just stick with the books, cd's and movies. They could be on their way out...

EDIT: I just noticed they changed their protection policy to $750 total lifetime coverage. The caveat is you can only fill out 3 total, and you can't do more than one a month. Better, but it still sucks. So if you get screwed more then 3 times you're SOL regardless of how much you spent.
