Warner Home Video chat at HTF tonight (9-15)

According to TVshowsondvd.com the chat is tonight between 8pm and 11pm (Eastern Time). The focus will be tv shows and animation. The only tv show that I can think of off hand would be the remainder of the Superboy series(three seasons unreleased). I would like to see the rest of the DC Filmation stuff from the late 60s. I think there are more Superman,Superboy and Batman that still haven't made it to dvd. There was talk in the past about Quick Draw McGraw and Wally Gator but alot of work would be needed with those. Plus I haven't heard anything new about The Herculoids.

I think that's Paramount, not Warner.

Yep same here.

Also what the plans are for Looney Tunes now that they're not going to collection routes.

And where the hell is the rest of Drew Carey and Welcome Back Kotter?

Still waiting for the short-lived Dukes spin-off Enos.

Can someone ask about Until The End Of The World. It would be the extra long version I would want to know about and that is I believe referred to as the European Tv cut or something to that effect.

Apparently the focus is on tv shows and animation. Otherwise - the next noir and Forbidden Hollywood sets are long overdue, and I'd love to get word on I Married a Witch, Party Girl, and The Rain People. Plus the usual suspects - Greed, The Devils , and Zabriske Point.

Why? I have yet to buy Season 1 because I'm waiting for the rest of the series...

I cannot log onto the chat. All I get is:

20:33] Connecting...
[20:33] Unable to connect : java.security.AccessControlException : access denied (java.net.SocketPermission irc.shadowfire.org resolve)

I go to the address and it's no help.

Because Everwood fans basically took over the last chat and the WB rep was very annoyed with the repeated Everwood questions.

That was two years ago. Last year there was a single EVERWOOD question and then they moved along. I don't see what one question will hurt.

And to the other guy, please tell me you aren't serious about not buying the first season because the others havn't been released? That's just Irony.

Bad news on "Welcome Back Kotter" i was really hoping for the remaining 3 seasons, or at least S2, i've wondered, why don't these studios take the sales of the last season released of a show whether it's S1 or S6 and just release that amount for the next season release, then if they all sell which i'm sure they would release another smaller batch, at least all the fans of certain shows would be happy, i used S1 as an example for "Welcome Back Kotter" and "Fantasy Island" and S6 for "All in the Family" and "King of the Hill", these are 4 shows that i would love to fulfill more than any right now.

Night Court Season 2. Nice.

Also, I loved how somebody sneaked a question / nudge in to Warner about a Batman: Mask of the Phantasm Special Edition DVD. In. A. Heartbeat.

"..... for fans of MOONLIGHT...stay tuned for GOOD news you can really sink your teeth into in the next month..."

Unaired episodes???

They aired all of the Moonlight eps that were shot, so I doubt it... I think they just meant they'll have an official announcement next month.
