Moviestop just released a very nice coupon for B1G1 on everything except Blu-Rays. The coupon is not limited to two dvds, so if you buy 2, you get 2 free, B3G3F, B4G4F, so on and so forth. The coupon expires August 19th

Moviestop is also running a 40% off HD-DVD clearance, which stacks with the B1G1. All movies are $3.60-$8 and all Boxsets are $3.60-$18. With the coupon, Ultimate Matrix, Sopranos, Planet Earth & Heroes S1 end up being only $9 each. There are other boxsets out there, but that is just what my store had.

Neither of my Movie Stops have any HD-DVDs left. I went in yesterday and didn't even find any SDs I wanted for B1G1.

They look to be centralized on the East Coast. Are these stores like GameStop except with movies?

Picked up Rome season 1 and John Adams for 40. My store said that it doesnt work as far as 2 for 2, but they also looked at the coupon like i was trying to steal from them

Man, I wish there was a MovieStop near me, though I doubt they would have what I wanted, anyway. I'd really like to get Planet Earth and Heroes. I finally convinced myself not to buy either one on HD DVD, but if I could get them for $9 a piece, then it would be worth it. I've been wanting to see Planet Earth, but I wanted to get it on a HD format, and it'll be a long time before I can afford to get in on Blu-Ray. And since my wife never saw the first half of Heroes S1, it would be a good way of catching her up.
