Absolute excellent prison drama with Val Kilmer

I saw this tonight and thought it was very good. Well acted. Lt. Jackson had me wondering for the longest time what I'd seen him in and I had to look it up. Link from the Matrix sequels.

Good movie! Lt. Jackson is (was?) also Michael in Lost.

i justed rented this the other day and thought it was very good. i'm not sure where i saw a good review that made me want to, but i did and was nicely surprised. i like Dorff and Kilmer especially and both were very good along with just about everone else in the cast.

oh and i know Harold Perrineau (Lt. Jackson) from a lot (Matrix, Lost), but many might know him from another excellent prison drama, HBO series "Oz"!

I had seen some bad reviews and stayed away.

Think I'll check this out.

A friend of mine worked on this one.

It was a somewhat fun movie. Nothing really special, but I liked it. I remember some review said the story and the screenplay are just that, but the performance really made the movie.

Took me a while, but I saw it and liked it.

No new ground is broken here, but pretty solid acting is the norm.

Kilmer is good as usual.

I thought it was really good for being direct to DVD....

A CO friend of mine saw the movie and said it was dead on with the tension he felt everytime he walked into the prison to go to work.

Every event and circumstance in the movie is very much based in fact.
