South Park -- "Imaginationland" -- 10/17/07

Synopsis:
Spoiler:
When the entire contents of the worl'd imagination lay open before them, Stan and Kyle step right in.

Haven't had these guys team up in a while so there's definitely some fun to be had. Can't wait to see what they get from Cartman's!

Here is an extended description:

Spoiler:
Finding Cartman's leprechaun is just the tip of the iceberg when the boys are about to have the entire contents of the world's imagination laid before them. The boys realize that what they know has become a valuable commodity to the U. S. government. Meanwhile, Butters is about to become collateral damage.

Yah for Butters!

This episode contains more copyright infringement characters than a whole season of Drawn Together.

Awesome episode.

Gizmo

I wonder if any Family Guy characters are going to be on the other side of the wall.

One of the best South Park's ever. I'm liking this story much more than the Simpsons movie even.

This is the first time South Park has ever left me craving after a cliffhanger. Fucking hilarious episode, and I actually loved the last two (I was laughing for about 10 minutes after the end of last week's). The Michael Bay scene KILLED me, but as soon as Mel Gibson appeared my laughter peaked.

I so want to know who's on the other side of Imaginationland. This is begging for some priceless references.

What was the last scene supposed to be a parody of? I thought it was Transformers with the way the truck looked, but I can't think what it was for the life of me...

Either way, this could be the episode that wins the Emmy nomination next year. Easily.

EDIT: Judging from this episode, I'm pretty sure this is a THREE-parter. Bravo to Trey and Matt!

Wow, I was worried that the episode might not be able to sustain itself, based on the description posted earlier. But that was great!

I had to pause it three times during Mel Gibson... the facial expressions they use for him have me on the floor.

This was by far one of the best episodes of South Park in a long time. They have had some real winners in the past few seasons, but this one just raised the bar.

"No....that's just a twist."

It's a wild and wacky world we live in, and there's always going to be something to make fun, or at the very least light, of.

I loved the Micheal Bay stuff, summed exactly what i think of him. Any episode would be great that the subplot centers around sucking cartman's balls.

I have a feeling Kyle is going to receive a pardon from the court's judgement for whatever role he's about to play in stopping the terrorists. Cartman's balls will not be sucked.

"My Nipples! They hurt when I twist them!"

That and Raggedy Ann holding Andy while he dies almost made me piss myself.

I have a feeling it may go farther than that and Cartman may have to suck Kyle's balls.

But the start of the episode referred to the Kyle Sucks Cartman's Balls trilogy. Although if it is three parts, I don't know why they didn't just do South Parker: Even Bigger, Longer, and More Uncut.

Don't believe everything the show tells you. Wasn't last year's "Go God Go" story 12 parts according to the episode titles?
