Are the Blu-Rays really 2 for $19.99?

My ads says that the HD's are 2 for $27, but the Blu-rays are listed as "Buy One Get One Free" with smaller print saying "Regular price 19.99". I'm wary of being tricked.

I was just in the store and bought four blurays from the listed titles
and they rang for $40 bucks...(9.99 each) this is at the Anaheim store
and my paper is the same "BOGO free"

I work at Fry's, we don't even have the 2 for standard. We dropped all the advertised blu-rays to $9.99 and the HD's to $13.50.

I found a copy of the blu-ray sale for next week, it's some Disney stuff and will be a bogo. I'll post the list when I get some time tonight.
