My cousin's husband and I are going to see this tonight while everyone else is seeing "The Simpsons Movie."
I showed him the trailer last night as a joke, and he immediately jumped on Fandango and bought a pair of tickets for us.
Should be a fun ride.
I'll report back tonight.

I'm actually embarrassed when this commercial comes on the TV.
My in-laws are in town and I wanted to apologize to them when it aired twice during the show we were watching.

ugh, this movie was filmed really close to me in South Carolina and a friend was in it - but I don't think I'll ever watch this movie. Who knows though, it might become a cult hit like Friday if it's done right.

Well we already know from the previews that Andy Milonakis gets all "blinged" out, so you just might get your wish!
Jeffrey Jones must have been disapointed when he discovered his young teen son in the film was being played by 30-something year old Andy Milonakis, heh.

The movie wasn't bad... but it wasn't good either.
Some of the humor was quite uncomfortable for me (Black rapper: "I'd like an application." White Country Club Owner: "Good, good. We always need people to work the grounds." Black Rapper's BIG Friend: "Did he just call you a n-----?!", and the acting was weak (if negligible), but the empetus of the story (Daddy-was-a-Caddy Revenge Plot) was sweet.
But there were some great LOL moments, but that couldn't compensate for the overall lack of everything else.
But I do have to say that Finese Mitchell (remember him from SNL a few seasons ago) was a cut-up as the stoned member of the posse.
