Has anybody heard this yet?

Any standout tracks?

I thought about picking it up at best buy today while it is still $7.99 and wanted to see if it was worth it.

I hear the new disc is a return to the modern rock sound of their debut, which is too bad. Their rootsy, bluesy 2nd album is the one I like. It reminded me strongly of a pre-Let it Bleed Stones album. A very good thing, imho.

i'm sure you are talking about "Howl" their 3rd album which was the soulful bluesy one. "Take Them on Your Own" was their 2nd album.

As far as this album goes, it's alright...but nothing really totally grabs me, for me they haven't gotten to being as good as that first release. I would grab it for $8 though...I haven't listened to it enough yet to totally make a decision, it might grown on me more.

I think the Baby 81 is great. It sounds like a mix between the last 2 albums, Howl and Take Them On Your Own. Howl is still my favorite though, but this is definitely worth $7.99 (5/6 - 5/12 @ Best Buy).
