Rob Zombie is doing it. I think it's a "re-imagining" of the original.

I said this on another forum, but this is shaping up the be the best box office year ever. There are three films that combined will gross a billion just domestically (POTC, Shrek 3 and Spiderman 3). That's insane.

No offense but can anybody else back this claim. I thought this movie was released in Japan but it hasn't been released in North America yet. The two websites that I got the information from, looked to be pretty reliable.

BTW, the actual 2005 list is still a sticky thread.

Also, wasn't the Revenge of the Nerds remake cancelled?

I don't know. On the Regal Theaters Website it shows the release date as 12/20/06, but no matter what zip code you type in it says that it is not currently being shown at any theaters.

Lots of ones I'd like to see on that list. By far, the one I'm looking forward to most is Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End.

Any reason why El Cantante is taking so long to come out? I saw it in September of 2006 when it screened up here. Why delay a film that is already finished?

I have read this book. It's very unusual book. I have never read books of this kind. How did writer invent so incredible story? I don't understand.
