Yow! Thanks, this looks cool. Especially the first shot of Chow Yun Fat that I've seen.

This is already my favorite movie for 2007.

You're not drooling all over Grindhouse like most other people? They both look to be good movies but I'm not going to get too excited or have too high of expectations for either of them. Thanks OP for the early pics!!!

Ok, well...yeah, you're right. I'll just say POTC3 is VERY close to the top.

Hopefully Pirates 3 doesn't royally suck as did Dead Man's Chest, and we have some sort of story and/or conclusion.

Is that a joke? I thout of Dead Man's Chest as a setup for the third movie. Kind of like Lord of the Rings?

Love the pics! Thank you so very much, Mondo Kane.
Spoiler:
Interesting, though, that the hero shot is of Knightley, Rush, and Depp. Are perhaps the rumours of Bloom getting killed off in the third film true? Or is it just the fact that he appears in none of those shots clouding my judgement?

I enjoyed DMC more than the original, so hopefully Pirates 3 continues that trend. The shots look great so far, and Richards fits in perfectly as a pirate. Although I wish they got David Bowie to be Sparrow's dad. I understand Richards was a big influence and has an appropriately wrinkled face, but Bowie can act, and has those cool eyes that work great for a pirate. Hell they should have got Bowie to be some pirate atleast.

Agreed. I just hope "At World's End" is good enough to make up for how bad "Dead Man's Chest" was.

DMC didn't have a story?

It had a conclusion: a hell of a cliffhanger. Do you hold that against The Two Towers, Empire Strikes Back, Back to the Future 2 and Attack of the Clones?

(Not comparing DMC to any of these movies aside from the cliffhanger part).

Do you want it emailed to you guys or do you just want me to post it on the thread? I don't want to jack the OP's thread here....
