Strange - Account fulfilled without any purchases?

Strange - Account fulfilled without any purchases?
This may be too early to tell, because I have not seen anything on my credit card yet, but then it might just not be posted yet.
I signed up for a new K7L, which would be a second one I have open. I got an email yesterday - which oddly enough would not display properly in the email (I just saw it all in HTML code). But I took the new account# and went to the website.
My new account says "You have completed your purchase requirements..."
When I signed up, though, I had only selected 5 for .49 each. I wanted to fullfill the added 2 with the B1G1F...
It says under order history that they last billed me on 3/2, which was yesterday, although it says for $0.
Should I call them and see about it or just wait and see if I got my enrollments? I don't want to wait too long b/c the B1G1F offer is only for so long...
What's this all about? Anyone?

I wouldn't close that account quite yet. Someone on this board said it's been happening lately (it happened to me as well) and that after a few days or so it will change to update the real status. We'll see I guess. I even e-mailed them to see if they could correct it and got a canned response about "trouble logging into your account?".

exactly same thing happen to me, i'll give them a call today to straight things out, i already got my enroll pack, but the website still saying i already fullfilled and didnt show the correct balance, i want to use the b1g1 to fullfill asap!!!

If you've recieved your fulfillments I would quickly close the account and apply again.

This happened to me as well only rather then put that I need to buy 1 more DVD to complete my commitement on my new account they now say I have one more to buy on my old account. I had just used the BOGO code on my old account to finish it off and complete my last 2 DVD commitement. Strange.

I just received my new account info and when I logged in for the first time it said, "You have completed your purchase requirements for the account corresponding to the account number above. You now enjoy our best benefits as a Preferred Member." I should have to buy 2 more. Has anyone figured out what to do? I don't want to get blacklisted for canceling my membership and I don't want to miss fulfilling with the B1G1 code should I need to fulfill. Any updates?

same here - I waited 1 week and there was no change on the website. To make sure I could fulfill with B1G1 (and potentially avoid being blacklisted), I called to have this straightened out and was directed to the web techs. They claimed that they could see the correct amount due (and 1 disc to fulfill) and could not explain why the website was showing the mistaken info. I was told they would have my account fixed/updated in a couple of days.

I just called and logged my account as affected as well. She said she'd seen one other (just before me), but didn't know what was going on. So we'll see if it comes through tomorrow...
She mentioned that there was also the problem of the $0 balance due. I figured that was b/c I gave them my credit card number at signup. At this point I know they have not charged it yet. So I want to get it paid (and then of course I'll use my B1G1F).

I have a similar but different situation. I recently enrolled with a offer code that required a PSN (just got it in the mail) for the 6 for $0.49 with free shipping offer (I of course took the 7th for 9.95 and reduced commitment required to 2). I decided to go with it since I already have a K7L open and figured the PSN might speed up my approval and I wanted to get another account open before the B1G1 offer ends.
Well I too received a welcome to the club email that would not render properly in my email client so I created an HTML file locally and read it that way via Firefox. The twist with my account is when I go in and view it not only does it say I have fulfilled my commitment and my balance is $0, etc. but it only shows 2 of the flippin' 7 DVD's I ordered in the order history and it looks like they intend to charge me for 9.95 cuz one of the 2 was my 7th DVD choice. I sure hope they straighten this crap out soon!

The order history glitch has been around for awhile and you shouldn't have anything to worry about. It seems for the last couple of years or so, the order history for an enrollment order only shows one or two DVDs listed. Who knows why? You should still receive your complete enrollment package in the mail.

Well, the website has not been corrected. I guess I need to wait some more...

As reported earlier, my account is saying fulfilled when it should say 2 left to buy. Today, I received my enrollment package today and the website still hasn't been corrected. I have a $2.45 balance to pay and since the website is screwed up I can't do it and I can't fulfill with B1G1. I'm getting restless...

I probably shouldn't have, but I went ahead and ordered my fulfillment B2G2 even though it said I had already completed my fulfillment. Hopefully they resolve their site problems in the near future. Also, my order shows up twice, though one continues to say "Pending." I hope they don't charge me twice. Another thing I noticed is that the $5 discount from Webdvd went away and my order price rose $5. Crazy stuff...

I placed the order on Monday. Today my online account summary has been corrected to the right status. It states that I have made 1 Purchase and I need to make 1 more Purchase to complete my fulfillment (one of my orders is Crash - Director's Cut....which is a preorder. So when that item ships, it should complete my fulfillment).
The only glitch was the $5 webdvd discount got removed. I have to call them now to see if they will add the $5 discount. Hope that helps.
