That is great news, and I look forward to buying Season 2 in a few months.

I really hope that the executives over at Disney are actually *watching* these shows as they prep them for DVD. Based on what I've seen so far (*cough*MuppetWizardofOz*cough*), they seem to have no clue what made these characters amusing.

pick up the time life disc. They sold it in stores, not sure if you can still find it. Half.com & ebay are an option.

And since the thread was resurrected, anybody hear anything about any Season 2 possibilities?

Buena Vista dropped us a line to let us know that fans can vote on the cover artwork for the Season 2 set. The choices are below:

I'm glad to see that Disney did not forget about the Muppets.

As far as the cover art, I like option number 2.

Hmmm. I like 2 as well, but 3 seems more in line with the first season. Well, voted 3 at any rate but 2 is winning by a landslide.

"The set should be out next spring."? WTF? Why take so damn long? This would be a perfect holiday release.

I'd love 'em sooner too, but as long as they're coming out, i'm a happy camper.

Thanks for the info Pat!

Yeah, but the actual # 2 in 3 looks weird. Why did they change up the font in that one?

Somewhere around 2010 we should finally have the complete series available.

I'm glad S2 is finally getting a little mention from the studio.

I voted for option 3 also because it looked like it went with Season 1 the best.

After voting, the results showed there were only 17 votes. Anybody else get that?

I voted for number 3 as well, but I really wish they would stick with the Fuzzy Precedent of Season 1.
I also wish this was coming out sooner. But at least Fraggle Rock Season 2 is coming out soon, to tide me over in the meantime.
