My original Ab Fab set, season 4, and season 5 have been watched more times than I can count.

a bit OT, but still related. Are any of you experiencing circular scratches / dust deposits from playing the same movie several times?

I would say A Christmas Story, but since I've had 3 versions of it over the past 7 years (4:3, 2 disc SE and now HD DVD), it's split.

So likely, Groundhog Day (watch it every year), Scrooged (ditto), and all the Star Wars and LOTR: EE's.

Mr. Show, Big Lebowski, Arrested Development, Rushmore, Ronin.

I watch Band of Brothers at least once a year, usually over a weekend.

I watch the entire series of Oz whenever a new season comes out on DVD. Just finished watching it with the fiancee, who found it engrossing.

Film: The Thing or King Kong (any version, actually).

TV: Actually, I don't think I've gone through a season of anything more than once.

Concerts. I'll watch them over and over just like a cd. I usually watch one almost everyday for a week or so after getting it.
