Code scraping by stopping the page load works with Internet Explorer but not with Firefox, last I checked. (I've never tried other browsers, such as Safari.) You are looking for a six digit number in the URL beginning with 80, as you can see from the codes posted by thejester

The code I got in my e-mail was 802124: BOGOF, 50% off, expires 3/22.

I assumed riotinmyskull was being facetious since the code has expired as of 1/30... And it was riotinmyskull who posted originally that it was "now working" as of 1/23. see posts #449 and #460.. seems unlikely that CH is gonna resurrect an expired code.. well.. Maybe for Easter?

CH resurects codes all the time. After all, there are only 10000 possibilities for each series. Of that #, only 6% (or so) have actually ever been used.

The other thing CH is nortorios(?) for is not updating their offer info - except at the last minute (maybe).

Never assume anything without trying it first. Expired codes work all the time, it's nothing new.

Ok, it appears that the "code" I spoke of in the other thread is WORKING now!!!!!!

There do appear to be some(at least 1) peculiarities with it - at least my quick look at it - HD titles don't seem to count as the "b1" or one of the "g4". Box sets do count as "b1" tho'.

I know that you likely realize it, but the There Will Be Blood 2-disc counts as the "b1" priced at $22.xx and you can then get other things for free, including those at the $24.xx price point. Like I did in my order, I used the pre-order for the Sweeney Todd 2-disc in order to get The Mist 2-disc and the Bridge on River Kwai 2-disc for free.

If this code remains active, I'll likely do it once more to close out this account, using the TWBB 2-disc as my "b1" a few days before the official release date for the DVD.
