These weekly threads are for the posting and discussion of that particular week's store exclusives and freebies.

These lists will likely be incomplete until Thursday or so, since DVDs are released on Tuesday and one of us needs to visit all the stores to confirm things.

Volunteers needed: I regularly go to Best Buy, Circuit City, Target, and Walmart; but don't visit the other stores every week. If you work at or regularly go to the FYE/TWEC chains, Costco, Borders, K-mart/Sears, Barnes and Noble, Blockbuster, Hot Topic, or any other store that has DVD exclusives; We'd appreciate any updates you could give us.

Bestbuy Canada has a "a 24-page DC Comics reprint of BIRDS OF PREY #68" with their copy of Birds or Prey. Most likely the same comics Bestbuy US lists in their ad.

Trevor, I stop by Target today to pick up Bank Job...Yes, there is a 3rd disc included with the 2-disc edition.
Penelope - Has a unique cover and the novel is shrinked wrap in the back. Nothing really special..Didn't pick up.

Anyone get this? Is it a mini-comic packaged with the DVD, or a full size comic that is separate?

Wal-Mart : The Bank Job (1 disc version) packed with a t-shirt that says "Get Your Heist On", whatever that means. ($19.99 with shirt, $14.99 without at my location)

Sam's Club : The Bank Job (1 disc version) packaged with The Limey DVD

Didn't pick it up myself, but saw it.. It's inside the case (not packaged outside).. So smaller than the mini-comics that comes shrinked wrapped to the back of the DVD case..

Best Buy exclusive comic for "Birds Of Prey".



By the way, the opening theme music has been replaced; gone is "Revolution" by Aimee Allen. It now has a fluffy tune. There's more... the box rear reads 'standard version', but it's really in widescreen, matted. How odd.

I hit all 3 and found nothing, but as ever, it's possible I missed something.

Though I usually make sure to ask the sales associates, most of the time they are absolutely clueless about this kind of stuff.

Anyway, that's my two cents for this week.
