Neither did I when this deal deal came around! In two short weeks I've gone from no HD to PS3 + 25 Blu Rays either free (Sony offer) or dirt cheap from B1G1.
As far as talking you out of it.....Well, where's the fun in that???

I just checked and 2/4 titles I ordered are less. Just requested $5 back... we'll see how it goes.

Also, it has been awhile, how do I go about asking for a price correction?

I picked up Casino Royale and The Lives of Others. Casino dropped but The Lives of Others is still $26. So even if I requested a price correction on Casino it wouldn't do me any good since it'd just become my freebie. So I'd guess you'd have to make sure both discs dropped... that is unless Amazon was feeling particularly generous.

Don't apply critical thinking and problem solving skill to this issue.
Instead, look at your order and compare prices. If the 'purchase' price of the DVD has fallen, you go through the customer service tabs to email for a refund and tell them so. You will get a refund. Anything listed in the 'promotional discount' section of your order is irrelevant.

Happy to oblige!

Woop got 9 dollars back. 2 dollars each for Pirates 1 and 2 and Casino Royale, on my 1st order I had placed, those were the 3 highest items. And then 3 dollars back for Hitchhiker's Guide on my 2nd order, because it dropped from 23.95 to 20.95.

The discounts we offer for items available on Amazon.com can vary from time to time. I've checked your order and found that we recently offered a greater discount on "Rocky Balboa Blu-ray" than at the time you placed your order.the refunded amount is $2.
total refund is $6.00.
the refund for item "The Holiday" is $2.
the refund for item "Chicago" is $3.
the refund for item "Enemy of the State" is $1.
Since your purchase was so recent, I've requested a refund of $2 on one order and $6 on other to your credit card. This amount reflects the difference between the price you were charged for the item and the current discounted price. This refund should be processed in the next few days and will appear as a credit on your next billing statement.
I knew Amazon would come through.
