The DVD rings up as $0.00, so you should be able to pick one up without an Xbox purchase.

Not a big correction, but because they are one of my favorite new bands, it is the Kaiser Chiefs in the 7.99 CD block.
Also of note, Best Buy had a 3 song sampler CD for them starting a week or two ago. It is marked $1.99, but rings up free, and also has a $2 coupon for the new release.
As always, thanks Speedy!

You are correct. The Abandoned wound up recieving a seperate theatrical release after the Horror Fest. The dvd will probably hit in May or June.

Went to Best Buy today, they were sold out of 4 of the 7 After Dark Horror Fest films. The oh-so-helpful employee basically told me that they don't allow rain checks and I'm screwed, and I just have to keep checking back every day.

I'll also keep checking online to see when they're available for in-store pickup. It's damn near impossible for me to make it to Best Buy from Tuesday through Saturday, so I can't just keep checking back like the dumbass told me to do.

I posted this in another thread:
I went to Best Buy on my way to work and they had only 6 of the 7, the missing DVD was "The Hameltons" and the clerk told me they only recieved 2 of those (vs. 10-20 of all the others). They told me that another BB had some in stock, but it would have been an hour or more with 5:00 traffic and I was already pushing being late.
I had one clerk finally ring up the six plus a 2nd "Gravedancers", giving me the 7 for $60 price (it came up automaticly, it doesn't mater if some titles are the same, you could ring up all 7 the same). She told me to bring the unopened duplicate back to the store with reciept and exchange it when the get more in stock. It was a bit of a pain but realisticly by the time I get to watching all 7 I'm sure I'll have it.

I hope you got your exchange in the above, and definitely go back and demand a rain check.
Despite their cluelessness, they are my favorite store.
