Swapping audio tracks on DVD?

Okay, I don't know if this is really the right place or not, but I'll give this a shot. I'm looking to take a foreign language track off of a DVD and replacing it with a different audio track.

I would like to remove the French or Spanish track from The Wizard of Oz and replace it with Dark Side of the Moon. What software do I need, can it even be done?

Anything is better than nothing.

It can be done, but it is not legally possible. And such discussions are not allowed here.
