Even if this had been released closer to 300, it still would have felt dated and sad, because that movie had so much hype behind it. Now it is just fucking pathetic and needs to be destroyed. If I could murder a movie, I would murder this one, and every other lame ass parody movie that follows it.

Alright, I cracked up for a second when they were dancing against the immortals.

But this movie is going to make millions. And I'm not.

I'm pretty sure my current envisioning of hell is a looping quadruple feature of this movie, The Game Plan, the Halloween remake, and Wild Hogs.

I don't know what's worse...remaking classics or "lampooning" flicks that are 17 minutes old.

i haven't seen the trailer yet but i bet this is going to be better than 300.at least they are not gonna put all the good scenes in the trailer like they did with 300 and when you watch it,it's the most annoying movie ever...worse than Troy.thanks.

Alright so I liked Scary Movie, and the Michael Jackson/The Others gag was funny (#3) but honestly, it isn't worth this onslaught of horrible movies. Don't like it don't watch? That'd be fine except I don't have a Tivo .

I think all movies like this that spoof other films are horrible. They are just too silly and ridiculous. But this one looks just uncalled for, not even remotely humurous.

Whatever happened to good parody?

I mean, "Austin Powers" was a fine example of homage/parody: Knew the source material well and showed a love for it (in this case James Bond/ 60's Spy movies).

"Scary Movie" seems to have opened up the flood gates to lowest common denominator parody flicks. These films try to make up for inept writing by shoving as many movie parodies as they can into 80 minutes.

What do you know.... It's from the makers of "Epic Movie" and "Date Movie".... While watching the trailer, I actually knew that immediately. Didn't even have to look at IMDB. What a horrible looking piece of shit.

The "lowest common denominator" spoofs are in large part being made by Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer. They just keep getting work.

I think any "film" headlined by Kevin Sorbo already has "major piece of shit" written all over it, but this really looks like it's even below him. And that says a lot. Anyone else want to bet Lorenzo Llamas auditioned for that role? And then cried when he lost it to Sorbo? I feel for anyone dumb enough to pay to see this. Wait, I take that back...
