In store and online. I will be stopping in and grabbing Con Air along with some DVD-Rs...I'll try the 10% coupon.

Shall we put all HD DVD related fire sale items in here, or does anyone want to start a new thread specifically for it?

I'd say start a new thread for it. I always overlook this thread and once the fire sale begins, it'll probably grow to at least 10 pages.

I'll start it.

A new thread would be cool, as I'm going to be on the lookout for bargain HD DVDs at this point.

Coupon worked for me with Crimson Tide and The Rock. $13.49 each at Pentagon City.

It's a new mini-sale, which is utterly retarded (except for only a few titles--they have 33 there, but most are only around 30% off). Go to the main HD area on Amazon then see the "Up to 57% off" link.

I just pre-ordered Walk Hard on Blu-ray from DVD Planet for $13.19 -- this is clearly a mistake and I don't know if they will honor it or not, but I'm in nonetheless.

Nice!

Also, for those that ordered some HD DVDs last week check Amazon. Some took a $1 price drop.

Dead deal now. Low price still shows on site but when you add to cart, it's $32.xx -- I already my confirmation e-mail though with the $13.xx price. Since they caught it so quickly, I think they should be honoring it. Fingers crossed. And congrats if you got in on it!

Just ordered it about 15 minutes ago for the same price. They also had some weird prices for Steep and Passage to India but when added to the cart the price went back up. Hopefully they'll fulfill the order.

Paramount Blu-Rays Back in Stock

It appears Amazon has unfrozen their older Paramount Blu-Ray inventories as certain titles are now showing in-stock:

Reds
M:I III
Hustle and Flow

Those titles have always been in-stock. Nothing new. They were poor selling, over produced titles. Paramount did not remove any stock from shelves when they went Red. They only held back copies of Blades of Glory...thats it. No recall on anything else, nothing.

Shooter, MI Collection, and The Untouchables (and a few others) are the ones that have been out of stock for a few months now.

Shawshank Redemption Blu-ray up for pre-order at the Warner Brothers website for $19.95. Use FBBM8 coupon code for 25% off everything through this month. That would make it under $15! They also have Sharkwater and Sea Monsters for pre-order among others!

Warner could sell Shawshank Redemption for $1 and I wouldn't order from them.

Thanks for the heads up though.

I'm waiting for some more prices drops before my next order. Hopefully, The Island will still be in stock.

There are a few titles that are now completely sold out (Kong '76, The Mummy)

I was making my order and I watched the trailer and thought it looked cool. I know it's gotten horrible reviews, but I like to live on the edge.

That's not living on the edge; that's jumping *off* the edge.
