The only thing that kept it from a 4.5 for me is the ending -- it hits me as just a little too tidy, but that's the only quibble I have. You're right, it's a brilliant movie.

Oops. My screwup. I knew the theatrical print was 2.35:1, and just wrote it without thinking. The review has been corrected. While the truncated AR isn't ideal, the picture quality remains excellent.

I definitely don't share your enthusiasm for the movie, but I gave it a "Rent It" recommendation because I do think its interlocking storylines and sheer audacity are worth a look....
