Re: Official Trump Presidency Thread, Part 3

Re: Hey... hey Canada. Your election is on Oct 21, 2019. VOTE DAMMIT

Your 0.7 vote is important! ;)

Now, if it were only as simple for me to vote in the US without living there. They don't make it easy, but I really need to get ready for next year.

Re: Hey... hey Canada. Your election is on Oct 21, 2019. VOTE DAMMIT

I think that the extended advance polling hours helped. I was already out running errands before Thanksgiving dinner and decided to pop in and vote during that time, very convenient.

If this...

Re: Hey... hey Canada. Your election is on Oct 21, 2019. VOTE DAMMIT

Understandable, it being Thanksgiving weekend and all. And yes, it looks like it will be a minority win, but really close to predict if it will be the Tories or Grits at this point.

Good news,...

Yeah, that's pretty much what I'm thinking whenever I peruse that particular forum. Fuck, it's depressing.

Re: What's your unpopular opinion?

Shit, that movie was worth it just for Deborah Vorhees' (no relation to Jason) topless scene.

Re: RnR Hall of Fame 2020 nominees announced

Drugs, yes. "Performance enhancing"? Depends on the artist and the drug.

Re: Hey... hey Canada. Your election is on Oct 21, 2019. VOTE DAMMIT

I went and voted on Sunday afternoon. Considering it was advance polling during a holiday weekend, and I live in a small town, the place was dead, no waiting at all. Hopefully things will be a...

Re: Landlords on my case about my cleanliness!

Oh boy.

Why are you asking us?

Oh, and let's not throw vinyl in with things like laserdiscs, VHS and CEDs. It's not an obsolete format, unlike those others, releases on vinyl are...

Re: The Toys That Made Us -- Netflix docuseries -- 12/22/17

That would be great, personally I think it should be based (actually or loosely) on Mego, they were like the Casablanca Records of the 70's toy industry, I've heard wild stories about that place.

Re: Millions of Californians Will Go Dark in Biggest Fire Outage Yet

I was wondering that as well. It sounds like that in California you are not able to use your own solar panels to generate energy to store in your own batteries, is this true? (very stupid if it is...

Re: The VINYL Thread!

Yeah, I heard about the wood glue method, but it looks way too messy and time consuming for the issue I seem to have with just a few grooves on a new release vinyl. I've heard that method is...

Re: The VINYL Thread!

Ok, I have a question about spot cleaning. I had a record that I spin-cleaned and it sounds quiet except in one spot where there is a loud click three times that wasn't there before. I'm guessing...

Re: Hey... hey Canada. Your election is on Oct 21, 2019. VOTE DAMMIT

Reminder, advance polling is happening this holiday weekend before the official election day on the 21st. I'll probably head out to vote tomorrow or Sunday instead of waiting for the official day.
