Exactly. I started running and my weight loss decresed dramatically for the month, but I sure lost the inches. Went down two belt holes but only lost a couple of pounds.

I bring lunch from home, usually make it the night before.

I have a basic salad, switching from spinach to romaine to home grown lettuce. Basically the only calories is from the salad dressing...
