Re: The 11th Annual Animation Challenge!

As I haven't heard back from two of the winners by the deadline, I am going on to the next two. When I used the random number generator, I took a screen shot of the numbers so I am still using that...

Re: The 11th Annual Animation Challenge!

I just watched my last film for the challenge, Howl's Moving Castle. This was the film that really introduced Studio Ghibli to me and got me hooked. It's so visually pleasing and while it doesn't...

Re: The 11th Annual Animation Challenge!

Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame is my least favorite out of all their films. How did it even get made? It's horribly dark and twisted (like the actual story). It's only rated G and was made for...

Re: The 11th Annual Animation Challenge!

Even well into the 80s, smoking was pretty common, but it's been 30 years since then, so for me, at least, looks odd. Though, I do think Disney went a little too far for Saving Mr. Banks by not...

Re: The 11th Annual Animation Challenge!

Thanks! I'll add those to the main list.

I'm all for cartoons being shown fully, after all, if we forget the past, we're doomed to repeat it. But I agree, they definitely stick out when watching...

Re: The 11th Annual Animation Challenge!

I'm pretty sure I watched that one last year and did enjoy it. There are some good ones but it does take some digging at times. The Winnie the Pooh ones are interesting to watch as well...
