Re: Official Trump Presidency Thread, Part 3

I read some of it, but BS like “Obama did nothing” and “Now that Mueller has proved no collusion...” made me sorry I had given it the click.

Re: The VUDU Thread - News, Bargains & UV Codes

Marvel sale, with all of the Avengers, Thora, and Ant-Mans, plus one each of Iron Man and Captain America at 9.99, with others at 14.99, and some services are only featuring the cheap ones. Random...

Re: Official Trump Presidency Thread, Part 3

Re: Avengers: Endgame the Spoiler free preparation thread

Family will only have time to watch Ragnarok, Infinity War, and the mid-credits scene of Ant-Man and the Wasp, but I’ll try to slip in Civil War, Black Panther, and Doctor Strange just to cover some...

Re: Official Trump Presidency Thread, Part 3

One of the most prominent stories on the Fox News site: “Celebrities react to the redacted Mueller report.” I guess you have to bring out all the boogeymen,

Re: The VUDU Thread - News, Bargains & UV Codes

Interesting that they actually say “Film must be streamed in its entirety” when in the past we’ve always been able to watch 15 or so minutes for the credit. Of course that might still be the case and...

Re: Official Trump Presidency Thread, Part 3

I’m with slop as well. If Congress hears from Mueller and decides the actions are impeachable, they need to impeach, even if the Senate ultimately doesn’t convict. If the Democrats hold off because...

Re: Official Trump Presidency Thread, Part 3

Supposedly Trump is about to speak with reporters. TOTAL EXONERATION, ILLEGAL WITCH HUNT, NO COLLUSION, and ANGRY DEMOCRATS for the word-salad bingo.

Re: The DVDTalk Amazing Race Game -- Spring 2019 Edition

Re: 2019 NFL Off-Season Thread

Glad they got that Wilson deal done. It’s too hard to find QBs to risk starting over if they want to still contend for the playoffs. And the “highest paid player in the NFL” honor will last about 17...

Re: Paris’ Notre Dame Cathedral is on fire 4/15/19

I see a number of people (including the president) saying “They should be spraying water!” “They should be using helicopters!” While I understand that one would wonder what IS being done, I don’t...

Re: 2019 MLB March-April Thread

Yeah, a lot of these guys have never had money, and they can get a lot of security for themselves and their families by locking up a deal like this. If all goes well, they left a lot of money on the...

Re: Game of Thrones (S8E01) -- Season Premiere -- "Winterfell" -- 4/14/19

Golden crowns were their shrouds.

That spire looks like a goner :(

UPDATE: Gone

Kudos to kenbuzz for the Milles Bornes reference, though.

Re: 2019 NBA Off-Season Thread

I don’t wish injury on Lonzo Ball but find it kind of appropriate that they’re asking questions about whether his ankle problems might be related to his Big Baller shoes. Sounds like he’s done with...
