Re: The Middle (ABC) -- Series Thread

It's interesting that Patricia Heaton was already talking about a reboot before the show ended. I'm holding out serious hope for that. In the meantime, I'm buy the whole series. I don't fall in...

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E16) -- Season Finale -- "Wrath" -- 4/15/18

It's officially off season and the show so many of you love to hate is on hiatus, so I propose a game.

Start where you think the show went off the rails and tell us what should have happened and...

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E16) -- Season Finale -- "Wrath" -- 4/15/18

I think it's been a bit longer, but not much. I recall reading that season 7 was less than 3 weeks. This season seems to have started a few days after the last one ended, so lets say, a week or so...

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E16) -- Season Finale -- "Wrath" -- 4/15/18

All you have to do is gauge Judith's age. She looks to be about 2 and 1/2. Lori got pregnant somewhere around the first episode when she had sex with Rick and Shane around the same time. So, 8...

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E16) -- Season Finale -- "Wrath" -- 4/15/18

I'm glad you said that. Much is made on the forums about TWD's falling ratings. It is worth noting the show is still number 1. Most series see a ratings drop off by the time they are 9 years old. ...

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E16) -- Season Finale -- "Wrath" -- 4/15/18

Back to The Walking Dead...

It was comical that, once again, the group turned into expert marksmen when they took out the first group of Saviors with single shots. Meanwhile, they couldn't hit a...

Re: RIP Harry Anderson

I'm so sad about this. As someone above said, we already lost Art Bell this week, and now Harry Anderson. Broken hearted

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E16) -- Season Finale -- "Wrath" -- 4/15/18

You are wise to get out now if you aren't enjoying it.

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E16) -- Season Finale -- "Wrath" -- 4/15/18

LOL. To each his own. I just have to be engaged with the characters to invest time in a show. That explains why I only watch two shows and one of them, The Middle, is ending in a week or two.

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E16) -- Season Finale -- "Wrath" -- 4/15/18

I have come to believe forums like this focus only on the negative, not just for this show, but for all shows on television. People tend to come to forums to bitch, but if they're satisfied with...

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E15) -- "Worth" -- 4/8/18

If you watch the ads for Dread, you will see walkers that look very much like the Whispers. My guess is that story line has been moved to try to pick up the ratings for that show.

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E15) -- "Worth" -- 4/8/18

I don't what good Michonne thought reading Carl's letter to Negan would have done. Seemed like a waste of time to me.[/QUOTE]

She's lost in her grief, just like she was before when her baby died....

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E15) -- "Worth" -- 4/8/18

It's a binge show for me. It's hard for me to have patience to tune in week after week, and Z Nation was never compelling enough to make me do so. But, I'll binge it at least once a year.

Finish...

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E15) -- "Worth" -- 4/8/18

I could clearly see Ogg in that role. He was always such fun to watch; I hate that he's gone. I think JDM is good, as well, even if he did, especially in the beginning, play Negan like Snidely...

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E15) -- "Worth" -- 4/8/18

I loved this episode even though I hated seeing Simon go. I disagree that it was not like Negan to kill him that way. He wanted everyone to watch him kill Simon so they would be less likely to try...

Re: Santa Clarita Diet (Netflix) -- Series Thread -- S: Barrymore, Olyphant

LOVE LOVE LOVE this show. I've never seen Olyphant in anything other than The Grinder. But he is delightful, and just steals the show away from Barrymore, who is quite good here. I didn't know she...

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E14) -- "Still Gotta Mean Something" -- 4/1/18

Yeah that part was stupid. If they'd showed him wriggling his hands to get them free, it would have made more sense. Also, always put a bag of your valuables next to the person you are planning to...

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E14) -- "Still Gotta Mean Something" -- 4/1/18

A few questions..
What was the gun battle at the beginning of the show when Jar Jar covered Negan up? Had the saviors come back to shoot at the ghosts? She was the only one left.

How did Rick...

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E13) -- "Do Not Send Us Astray" -- 3/25/18

They won't be, Simple. TWD fans seem to want nothing but perfection. I've never seen a show so hate watched.

re: The Terror (AMC) -- From EP Ridley Scott -- Season 1 Thread -- Premieres 3/26/18

This looked like it would be perfect for me, but I'm not enjoying it thus far. I may hang with it if it is just going to be a limited series.

re: The Walking Dead (S8E13) -- "Do Not Send Us Astray" -- 3/25/18

I'm with you about Henry. That kid needs to go. He's not the new Carl (bite your tongue) and he's not the new Sofia. He's the new Megan

Re: The Walking Dead (S8E12) -- "The Key" -- 3/18/18

I don't disagree with you, but, any time an attempt at character development is made, people on TWD forums start howling about the lack of zombie deaths and action on the show. I've never seen a...
