We are going to have to do a lot more testing I think. They are testing everyone on the USS Roosevelt (4800 people). About 600 have tested positive.

Basically the Shale oil companies are getting hammered as they cannot be profitable under $30 a barrel. Some are going bankrupt and it will be bad for them in places like Texas and Colorado, etc.

the testing required is the antibody testing e.g. those that already have been exposed to the virus. If you get the rtPCR test today and are negative, you could still get infected tomorrow and spread...

there are 5 polling places in the city of Milwaukee (population 600k) today down from 180 because the people who usually volunteer to run the polling places are usually older folks most at risk....
