The FSB is what the motherboard runs at, so the RAM does too. The processor also runs at this FSB, but has a multiplier - X times Y equals the clock...

You have to be careful that the processor is up to the standards of the video card. What CPU is it / will it be? Either the VooDoo 5500 or the GeForece MX are fine cards, and i wouldn't worry too...
