Re: Hulu -- News and Notable New additions

Hulu is still 1/3 the price I was paying for DirecTV so worth it. Of course after football season, I will drop Live TV and just have Hulu w/no ads.

Re: Hulu -- News and Notable New additions

Rich,
You bring up an interesting point that I did not think of. I have HULU w/ Live TV. I have Young Sheldon in "TV Shows" area as well in my "Manage DVR" area of Hulu. I watch it via "TV Shows"...

Re: Hulu -- News and Notable New additions

Also shows with ads include Grey's Anatomy, Young Sheldon, and Project Runway. Those are just a few more off the top of my head.

Re: Hulu -- News and Notable New additions

Well for me, it is worth it any time I can rid myself of commercials. However be aware that there are a lot of programs that still have commercials even with the ad-free version. But it will cost...

Re: What shows have you STOPPED watching?

I had to give up Archer, Green Arrow, Legion, and the new Reverie. We shall see what will go away next.

Re: Your Top 5 TV Series of All Time?

I agree with the above with the exception that I would replace "The Shield" with "Justified".

Of course, I may change my mind if I ever watch "The Shield". :)

Re: Westworld (S2E01) -- 70 minute premiere -- "Journey into Night" -- 4/22/18

I guess I just expected more after loving the first season. This episode just seemed a bit slow.

Re: Mark this Forum Read ~ Not Working

Thanks Sonic.

I tried it on Windows 7, using IE 11 and it still would not set the threads to read. So it is not the OS that matters. It appears to be IE 11 or Edge. Both of these browsers are...

Re: Mark this Forum Read ~ Not Working

Also lets make sure we are all using the same OS. Trevor is using Apple's OS. I am using Windows 10. Wonder if it is a browser or OS problem?

Re: Preacher (AMC) -- Season 2 Thread -- Premieres 6/25/17

Of course Tulip is going to be raised by the witch just like it showed the chicken was still alive. I think I am done with this show since I am not really getting much point in watching it. I am...

re: The Orville (FOX) -- Season 1 Thread -- S: MacFarlane, Palicki -- Premieres 9/10/17

IMDB calls it a Comedic Drama. I have no reasons to believe it is not a comedy.

Re: Zoo (CBS) -- based on James Patterson novel -- Series Thread

I am not sure how the writer's table conversations actually go, but I kind of picture them sitting around thinking "now how do we one up animals banding together to destroy humanity?" " Oh I know. ...

Re: Downward Dog (ABC) -- Series Thread -- S: Allison Tolman

I love dogs but I absolutely hated this show. No matter how much I wanted to like it, I just could not get into it. Not surprised it is cancelled.

Re: The F Word with Gordon Ramsay (FOX) -- Series Thread

Agreed. I normally like Gordon Ramsey shows. This one never went anywhere and just stumbled around with no direction.

The Zoo, on Animal Planet

What happened with this series? It played once on Animal Planet for 5 shows and then just stopped. I thought there was going to be an eight show series. Did I miss something?

Re: Archer: Dreamland (FXX) -- Season 8 Thread -- premieres 4/5/17

I do not like the direction of the show right now. The old "raunchy" Archer humor is what made Archer, Archer. Very few laughs here. :(

Re: Grimm (NBC) -- Season 6 Thread (Final Season) -- Premieres 01/06/17
