re: Broken Lizard's Super Troopers 2 (4/20/18)

If the film is done then why not release it earlier? I doubt that the film is going to do any better on 4/20 than it would being released in October or January. Get the marketing out now and the film...

Re: Killroy Was Here (D: Kevin Smith)

So what happened to Moose Jaws? I understand that he isn't shooting Clerks 3 because Rosario is very busy and had to pull out of the project. Mallrats 2 doesn't have any takers. Moose Jaws seemed to...

Re: Most Unrealistic/Unbelievable Casting Decisions in movies which weren't terrible

Any time I see a list like this I have to wonder why people think this way. Why do people think that a person like Denise Richards couldn't be a scientist? Because she is pretty? Because she comes...

Re: Ghost in the Shell (2017) (D: Rupert Sanders; S: Johansson)

I think that this whole "white washing" thing is blown out of proportion. Johansson was hired because she is a well known actress. The people who should be offended the most, Japanese people, don't...

Re: Justice League Dark (animated) Trailer

I watched this the other night and LOVED it!!! I have been watching the DC animated films since their inception, but I haven't seen one as good as this. Once the film starts moving it doesn't stop...

Re: Movies your afraid to rewatch because they might not hold up

I was afraid to watch the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films from the 90's. I did not too long ago and the first one stands up and is great. The second one is still pretty good with comedy taking...

Re: Saban’s Power Rangers (2017, D: Dean Israelite)

Coming from a non-fan, I think that this might actually be decent. I love monster movies, so the last half of the film should be right up my alley.

Re: Filmmakers who cast their untalented spouses and family in their films.

It does matter what genre he is making. The acting should be good. Look at Donald Pleasence. He was in a low budget slasher movie and yet he have a great performance every time. She makes horror...

Re: Filmmakers who cast their untalented spouses and family in their films.

The Winner (or loser) for this entire thread is Rob Zombie. His wife, Sherri Moon Zombie, is in everything that he has done for the last twenty years. She is in all of his movies and she is terrible....

Re: Voltron: Legendary Defender (Netflix, June 10, 2016)

I HATED the first episode. The animation is shit and the characters are boring and uninteresting. I will not be watching anymore. Loved Voltron as a kid, but this was embarrassing.

I have The Scarlet Box and the version of Leviathan is really good. I can not imagine what it would be like at nine hours.

Re: The Death of Superman Lives; What Happened? (2014, D: Jon Schnepp)

I was really disappointed with this movie. I hated that the director put himself in the movie. He was very distracting. I also felt that once the point of the film had been made, it felt that they...

Re: 100 Years (D: R. Rodriguez/W: Malkovich) (S: Malkovich, Zarkor, S. Chang)

This will probably be Rodriguez's best movie, but we'll never know because we will all be dead by then.

Re: The Story of Film: An Odyssey documentary (2011)

I found this documentary very boring. The information provided is not the problem. The narrator is. He speaks in a monotone voice very slowly. I couldn't make it past part two.
