I wonder what is the returning window for Best Buy's online purchases which are defective. I will wait maybe another week for a replacement disc from Anchor Bay and then I will return my set and...

I hope I will too. Best Buy's return policy does not allow merchandise exchange, only credit. So I would have to return the defective set and reorder again hoping to get the right configuration...

As luck would have it I also received the defective disc. Should I return it to Best Buy and hope the next one will be the correct one or contact Anchor Bay?

I was at one of their Chicago stores last week and I saw a yellow sign in the store claiming that they do ship anything to the store that is not available there but in stock online, will check on...

Yeah I read that too but on the Amazon US site there have been complaints about disc failures and one of the movies missing but Anchor Bay has been replacing faulty discs...

Doesn't Best Buy advertise in their stores that if they have it in stock online, they will ship it to the store for free? Not a huge saving but still.

Great find, I ordered Vol. 1 a year ago for GBP 28, but will definitely go for Volume 2 now, 81% off is amazing!
