I agree. It's stiff, has no motion, and drawing a character from afar doesn't mean you can skimp on detailing.

I don't like Quitely either. But Liefeld makes him look like DaVinci.

Not to mention The Mask went from violent comic to kid movie, to kid cartoon, and Dumb and Dumber and Ace Ventura also eventually became Saturday Morning cartoons, however short lived.

Kind of pathetic he has to include sparks to show readers where the impact is being put on the opponents.

I hated the HBO Spawn. Savage Dragon got the Saturday Morning G Rated treatment with WildCats, some Malibu Comics, Mortal Kombat, and Street Fighter.

His work has no motion or fluidity to it. It's disorienting.
