The same thing happened to me with this sale and it cost GoHastings $26 in revenue from me. Their ordering system has this bug which eats orders.

GoHastings used to do it. They got smart and simply started excluding the better used items from these sales, typically newer inventory they just got in.

A few items are excluded from coupons. There is no way to discover which items are excluded until you go through checkout. It mostly applies to newer inventory they just received.

I've gotten one or two "new" BDs ordering dozens of used discs. I suspect some stores fulfill with whatever stock they have on hand.
