Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

I think it is that they are trying to quietly fix them without admitting fault. They should honestly inform all of their customers instead of having some users out there who don't read discussion...

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

It is nonsense that this even has to go to arbitration. Nintendo never took responsibility for this drifting issue and it seems like they do not want to.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

I don't like the idea of having to use the same control sticks until they die. What do you do then? The Switch now becomes Stuck.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

I bought my daughter he own Switch so that I wouldn't have to worry about that. I bought it as a months early Christmas present and made sure that she understood before I gave it to her.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

Other than the "free" games, Nintendo's online service is pretty much a wasted opportunity. Having to use your cell to chat with others is just plain stupid.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

How about they just allow you to backup your game saves to the memory card that most people have in their system? What is so damn hard about that? I don't want to hear nonsense about save file...

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

At what point, if there is one, do you not end up back with the skeleton of that giant dude when you die? That is the annoying part. You lose most of your stuff and you are simply running re-formed...

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

I have to say that I'm not liking Dead Cells all that much. The die and repeat the grind in this is nowhere near as appealing as it was with Dark Souls or other games. I think the generated maps...

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

Not having any way to backup game saves right now is a lot of nonsense. You should be able to back them up in an installed memory card.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

I put hours into Hollow Knight but then ran into a few tedious boss fights and decided to just walk away. I feel like I got my money's worth out of it without finishing it.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

I have been playing it and have characters in the 40 plus range. I still suck at battles and do not understand these types of battles, as I struggle more than I should with enemies at a lower level...

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

There are local ads out there for stuff like this. I am looking forward to this game though.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

Anyone else purchase Hollow Knight? It is 15 bucks. I just downloaded it but haven't had a chance to give it a go.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

The game saves absolutely should be able to be backed up to the SD card. I am disappointed as a new Switch owner to know that this is not the case.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

To be honest, Splatoon 2 should have incorporated that DLC in the game. It is fun to play online, for awhile, but there is just not really that much to the core game, in my opinion. Also, it sucks...

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

I know I could have saved a few bucks but went Nintendo all the way when it came to a second dock, another adapter (3rd one in total) and even the Pro controller. Do not want the headaches that some...

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

Went game crazy today and picked up:
Mario Kart 8
Splatoon 2 (My 3 year old was really wanting me to get this.)*
Axiom Verge (Multiverse Edition)

*His eyes nearly popped out of his head when I...

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

GCU is still a better option to have than relying on Amazon. They had LEGO games on sale for 20 bucks and an extra 4 bucks off with GCU unlocked. Amazon wouldn't come close to that. Nice to have...

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

Nintendo is bound and determined to get every penny for this console. I know I paid every red cent 9 days ago for it. Better just pony up for the system and enjoy it. I was able to buy a brand new...

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

I bought Frederic: Resurrection of Music last night and it is fun. At first I thought it was a strange mash up of a music game but once you learn it, the music gets really catchy. I still think...
