A found a Minutewoman cut in half after that battle was over. I think I did it around level 18 or so. Shot lots of missiles at it from up above.

4 factions are all there is and there is a point of no return for each, I believe. So, if you want to get all of the achievements in one go, you will need to make some key saves to return to later...

Fast travel from Diamond City to Sanctuary or somewhere around there. I didn't even start fooling around the Diamond City area until around level 12 or so and still got my ass kicked several times...

You click on the companion and then look at the item on the ground from a bit of a distance and it will tell them to pick the item up.

It took me well hour 100 hours to finish Fallout 3 and all of the side quests and DLC, which is more than plenty for a full game. The only way I could see myself approaching 200+ hours with Fallout...

The weird problem with Fallout 3 that I had on the PS3 was that as I started to accumulate more and more game saves it started to bog down how the game ran.
