When i first registered, it asked me if I wanted to set the program to use high quality images and redownload. I chose yes for both and it re-downloaded the images. However, it didn't re-download...

tools > options > display tab > choose High...

tools > options > display tab > choose High Quality and make sure there's a checkmark in High Quality Resize.
