Damn i had no idea the MacCready perk was bugged

I was wondering why my headshots were at 95% accuracy everytime in VATS

Guess they finally patched it

Ya this game is nice and sharp looking, definitely has some framerate issues

I was already overwhelmed right when i first came out of the vault and saw the world around me
