Yep. Amazon refunded me the $7.99. The person in chat admitted it was an error in price.

Well I purchased the album for $.69 but they charged my card $7.99! When I follow your link it still shows .69. I emailed amazon about it. I absolutely hate the way they handle digital orders though....
