hmmm I see they came up with a better plan then selling egg hatchers. Buy this $35 accessory and you can hatch eggs at 5x speed!

Is the compass new? As far as I know, there is no tracking unless you're in the testing areas that tell you what pokestops certain pokemon are near.

The stops / gyms were taken from their other game Ingress. People submitted the locations.

If you are able to hold more than one gym at a time, you should do that before you redeem your coins. Each gym gives you 10 more coins up to a maximum of 100.

The timer is just to tell you how long you have to wait before you can collect more coins from holding a gym. I just save up coins to buy backpacks or egg incubators.

The gyms aren't really meant to be held for long. Basically in my area, you just take over a gym and collect your 10 coins before someone else takes the gym.

I loaded up pokemon go while I was at the zoo on Saturday and they must have had at least 30-40 pokestops and 3 gyms. There was also a gyarados on my nearby pokemon list but it was pointless looking...

Sorry, it was supposed to be 30 days if you only collect 10 coins a day. The backpacks are only 200 coins? I thought they were 300 lol

So only 20 days if 10 coins a day. I need to find an area...

A minimum of 30 days for a backpack seems rough though. I will be lucky if I can average 20 coins a day due to the gyms switching so often.

edit: apparently Niantic changed the pokemon scan time...

I am also at level 21. To counter the random curving, you have to learn how to throw curve balls as it will keep the game from randomly curving the ball. It's a pain against flying pokemon though. I...

It's great until they get to level 10+ as sometime after that the pokeballs start randomly curving. My daughter used like 50 of my pokeballs to catch a low level weedle lol

Yeah, it died at like 2 or 3PM EST. I spun a pokestop, caught something and then dead.
