Per IMDb, the full cut is 96 mins. Warner claims on the back of the box that their's is 2 mins longer. I presume, then, that the remaining 12 mins or so has been lost or is too damaged. Pity.

Oh, and 'Angels' says it's 78 mins on the box, but it's actually 20 minutes longer.
