Can't remember what dvd it was but one I bought had a pre-order rebate slip given to me when I picked up the dvd that gave me a higher rebate than the one given out to those who did not preorder.

I agree with db27, they gave you the wrong slip. The "preorder kill bill 2 $10 rebate" slip only has that movie on it, no other dvd's are listed.
