Didn't watch the video. But if you want to blame someone, blame CD management, or publisher, or whatever. For the first game they expected to sell a lot, over several months, and I'm sure having it...

Chess and stu, opposites of the spectrum ;), already said that the exclusivity doesn't last more than six months.

I say it lasts at least one year.
