Universal seems to like doing 4K disc releases a year later now. I can wait or I’ll just rent it.

I assume they can still license more from MGM unless someone else is going to do them - perhaps this is the start of a lot from MVD? It’s just been so nice to have so much 4K catalog coming from Kino.

For sure, but that’s not a Sony title. I’d guess we’ll get that via Shout or Kino since they’ve both been doing a lot of MGM titles. Shout released it last on Blu-ray I believe.

I agree and it will probably be in a boxset. Kind of like As Good As It Gets. And they don’t seem to be in too much of a rush to release previous boxset discs individually. I really thought they’d...

Hey I’m glad they’re releasing catalog on UHD. Hell if they want to do a rom-com I’d take Sleepless in Seattle over My Best Friend’s Wedding.

Wall-E is my favorite Pixar film so I’ll will likely get the Criterion for that reason and to show support for Disney/Criterion releases.

I've actually switched to Best Buy online from Amazon. I've had to cancel every pre-order I had with Amazon in the last 3 months because they hadn't even shipped on release day. BB is getting them in...

I had the same thought. It was a great blind buy that I didn’t think I bought that long ago, but my Blu-ray.com profile confirms I added it the week of release. Was due for a rewatch which I’ll wait...
