Comic book fans seemed to lament the disappearance of comic book spinner racks in drug stores back in the day, seems like this would be a positive and similar.

I'm mostly all digital too, but still value having stores around selling physical goods. I added a 1 TB drive in my PS4, and have a 2 TB external drive on my XBox One X. I don't really fret about...

I never shop at Gamestop or trade anything in, so seeing them go away probably wouldn't affect me. Still, I wouldn't want them to go away completely since as fujishig said, losing another retailer...

I think digital certainly plays a huge part though (plus GCU and Prime discounts).

It's lame that stores have pushed back Black Friday in to Thanksgiving night, it's more lame that Gamestop talked about how great they were before only to reverse course.

Does GameStop do any sort of price matching? A search online doesn't find too much from them directly, and some old links mention it depends on the store.

I missed the sale they had on Dragon Age...

Yeah they did, in response to a poster or two doing that. I wasn't sure if Pixy might have done that to prior or one of the reasons that rule was created.

That might make sense; I know there were a few cases where people got mad and deleted threads they started in a fit. I don't recall if Pixy was one of those.

Existing development tools only really matter if you're working out of the same engine that's been used for other games, say Unreal Engine 3. And even then, it only matters if you've made a game...
