You can save money by not getting Live. There's no online play in RB4.

To show what I'm fair and unbiased, I will say Rock Band wins over Rocksmith this week.

Rocksmith has a Stone Temple Pilots pack, and I've never been really into them. I'm not into U2 either,...

Yes, we are. I just want the songs to be fun on more than one instrument. Out of the five years (or whatever) of DLC I bought, I was very rarely disappointed. Even shit like "Suds in the Bucket"...

They could have explained some of that instead of doing two minutes of horrid "comedy" with Dragonforce, but nah.

I'm sure we'll hear some more concrete news soon about how it actually works.

I'm fairly certain I read somewhere that it's up to the publisher to approve the backwards compatibility. If that's the case, I doubt we'll see the older ones available.

I got my standalone adapter in the mail today. Came in a plain cardboard box with a sticker on the front. HMX gotta cut corners wherever they can!

Are you in the NXE? I've heard that the guitar only works in game with that. There's a way to roll your console back, but I don't know the steps off-hand.

This is because in Tour Mode, overdrive carries over between songs. If they logged scores, it would screw up the leaderboards, as people could start songs with full bar of OD.

Prices have already been raised on the X1 side, but not on the 360 side. If you purchase songs through your 360, or via marketplace.xbox.com, then you can still get the cheaper price on old DLC...
