You probably know this but I didn't for a long time. Leveling up is based on skills, so if you keep the same skills, I think you can quest forever and not get to 80, you have to use all the skills...

I had a hard time with him, and I didn't have many healing potions, so I was goint to give up and come back. Then I used the slow time shout as soon as he shut up, got to him before him moved, killed...
