Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

That sucks. It's amazing the lack of advertising 2 weeks before f2p. I haven't seen one ad.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

Shoot it's the time I'm getting the kids ready for school, I wanted to watch live because there's a rumor that the f2p launch of Disney Speedstorm is going to be talked up.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

I'm gonna wait til a game comes out I want and pay another month then, $98 for two...

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

I quoted it, it pretty much says you have to be an online member to buy it. The way preorders with vouchers work is that about a month before release it "buys" it, preordering is not buying it in...

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

You can buy the one month, I did, with the caveat that when you use a voucher it has to be active, so wait until both games are out or pay 8 bucks for 2 one month memberships.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

Most Nintendo Switch demos are that way. Octopath Traveller II gives you 3 hours and up to one save and you can carry over that save (or you can start a new save every three hours and play forever).

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

They really stepped up their game with the first party titles, Pikmin 4, Super Mario RPG, and the new Mario Game will be buys don't know if at full price but having fun with the Pikmin demo.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

Noted. I do have a Switch and it's not going anywhere. Nintendo is not going to stop making first-party titles. Pikmin and Disney Illusion Island (Disney Speedstorm, which I also have on the...

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch

But seriously, Gamepass, XBOX games, Epic store, Steam, PC in general, GOG, Battle Net. Systems up to now were very narrow in their scope. And there's the deck but it doesn't run everything. And...
