Finished the game, it was a lot of fun, ended up logging in 131 hours.

My only complaint was Chapter 13, that was boring as fuck to me. I am also disappointed that all the side quests couldn't...

Yeah that's my plan when I start doing the main quest. A lot of quests were easy EXP points so I was stacking them, then before I knew it I had all this EXP.
