The first time I saw BWS's artwork, in X-Men 186 and X-Men 205, it was kind of shocking. It was like these comics were being drawn by a fine artist.

I love that Catwoman cover.

I was in a Gordman's with my girlfriend a couple of years ago and they had that image on a wood-mounted poster. I could still kick myself for not buying it.

Back in the 1980s when that cover was drawn there wasn't a lot of consistency as to how Wolverine's claws were depicted. Sometimes they were flat blades like knives; other times they were thicker and...

Agreed. Hate that shit. DC even recently did it to promote the Green Lantern movie and ruined a great homage to Hellblazer #61 by Simon Bisley.
